Volunteer Benefits:
Free Open Gym for Your Child – Your child can enjoy extra gym time at no cost.
Free Skills Camps for Your Child – Help them grow their skills while you help the gym grow too!
Free Parents Night Out – Your child can join in on the fun at no cost, as long as you are volunteering for the event!
Paid Travel Fees – ADE Elite will cover the travel fees for their Volunteer Staff and Coaches for Globals in Atlantic City, NJ.
Being Part of Something Bigger – Help inspire young athletes, promote teamwork, and make a difference in our community.
Volunteer Expectations
Staff Members
Volunteer a minimum of 4 hours per week in the gym’s front office.
Assist at 1 Open Gym per month (as needed).
Coaches
Volunteer at 2 Open Gyms per month (as needed).
Assist at 1 Saturday Skill Camp per month.
We value consistency and reliability from all volunteers—our athletes and families count on you! Your time, energy, and enthusiasm help us maintain a positive, welcoming, and well-organized environment for everyone.

Staff Expectations
Arrive on time, in appropriate ADE apparel, and ready to lead
Communicate respectfully and clearly with athletes, parents, and fellow staff
Uphold gym rules, safety policies, and positive athlete behavior at all times
Be present, attentive, and encouraging in every class or team session
Provide structured, progressive instruction based on ADE curriculum
Report injuries, incidents, or concerns promptly to the Gym Coordinator
Attend mandatory staff meetings, trainings, and certifications
Maintain open communication with leadership
Be flexible and supportive during events, evaluations, and peak seasons
